Founded as a single 14U tournament team in 2015-2016, the Team Colorado concept has evolved into a highly structured high performance program, and is the only National Tournament Bound Tier I program sanctioned by CAHA for Girls Hockey in Colorado. The program's mission is "to provide opportunities for elite female hockey players to develop character, life and social skills through the vehicle of hockey to achieve success in college and build strong communities of their own in the future."
